    La rumeur du jour : Lindsay Lohan tournerait cet été en Chine M:I-3, dans un rôle similaire à celui prévu à la base pour Scarlett Johansson, à savoir un caméo dans la séquence d'ouverture.     Kebab Connection - Anno Saul (2005)

Once the mafia gets involved, Ibo can finally put his kung-fu talents to the test.[/i][/quote] "Kebab Connection", c'est un peu la version allemande d'une comédie de Thomas Gilou. Plutôt drôle et fin dans sa représentation des minorités, des gags monstreux, et pour finir une bonne dose de sentimentalisme. Dans l'ensemble, ici ça se tient. La première partie est carrément énorme, mise-en-scène énergique (pour ne pas dire "clippesque" :mrgreen:), dialogues acides, situations absurdes et hilarantes. 45 minutes de pure bonne humeur. Et puis ça retombe malheureusement très vite. L'intrigue se concentre uniquement sur les déboires amoureux de Ibo et sa copine, et ça tourne en rond, on sourit quelques fois, mais jamais on ne retrouve le déchaînement frénétique de gags de la première partie. Si ce n'est à la fin quand il faut conclure le film, mais bon rien de surprenant.     Je reprends mon avis de l'époque (sortie du DVD) "Box" : Emballé je suis, mais surtout d'un point de vue esthétique (c'est beau à en pleurer) et structurel. Maintenant, j'avoue avoir déjouer le "truc" dès le début, ça m'arrive pas souvent, alors là ça a m'a un peu dérangé, mais bon pas au point de faire mon malin non plus : la qualité est là, et une fois la "surprise" (ou non-surprise) passée, il restera effectivement un magnifique conte macabre. "Dumplings" : belle photo, belle musique. L'histoire en elle-même ? Intéressante, quoiqu'un peu baclée (mais je mets surtout ça sur le compte de la version courte). "Cut" : le plus "surprenant" des trois, mais pourtant j'ai pas trop accroché. Je suis loin d'être détracteur de Park Chan-Wook à la base, mais là c'est clair qu'il leur donne du grain à moudre. C'est 100% esbrouffe, et pas grand chose de concret à se mettre sous la dent. C'est au final "Box" qui est pour moi le plus réussi des 3 courts, et en même temps le moins "choc pour faire choc" (et c'est du Miike pourtant...) Dans la globalité, je suis loin d'être subjugué par "Three... Extremes" donc. Le pari est relevé dans le sens ou on a bien 3 courts complètements différents à tout point de vue, mais je me demande vraiment si le mot d'ordre n'était pas de faire les histoires les plus choquantes possibles (ce qui expliquerait l'appelation "monster" ou "extreme") et tant pis si les histoires n'ont pas une réelle force dramatique (là encore, c'est le court de Miike qui s'en sort le mieux, ou du moins qui me touche le plus).

    Ghosts of Mars - John Carpenter (2001)

    J'adore Carpenter et "Ghost of Mars" m'a vraiment plu. Je ne le trouve meme pas mineur ou quoique ce soit dans sa filmo. Beaucoup de bonnes choses (y compris Natasha, tres booooonne chose), et finalement j'ai trouve ca assez sincere pour que les defauts ne me sautent pas au visage.

    Plus le temps passe, et plus ça me rend fou que certains aient pu apprécier ce [b]Condom of Heaven[/b]. Je n'en garde presque aucun souvenir sinon quelques dialogues ridicules : *musique tonitruante* Un mec dont je me souviens plus le nom : Who do you think you are? Will you alter the world? Does making a man a knight make him a better fighter? *tin tin tin tin TIN TIN... TIN....* Balian: ... yes * tah tah* Je le répète, c'est vraiment dommage, la thématique et la position de Scott sont interessants, mais on est très très loin de la réussite, encore plus du chef d'oeuvre. Le démarrage est hyper laborieux, et ensuite on s'ennuie ferme tellement ça sent les coupes mal vues ici et là. D'autres que moi ont trouvé la photo carrément pas au poil ? Déjà ça chie à pas mal de reprises au niveau de la correction de couleurs. Ce qui m'a fait halluciné, et quand j'ai entendu du Graeme Revell et du Goldsmith dans le score, j'ai tout de suite interprété ça comme une version baclée, que j'espère revue et corrigée pour le DVD. Liam Neeson et Brendan Gleeson font peine à voir. Orlando Bloom s'en sort pas trop trop mal, mais c'était quand meme pas l'acteur idéal. Jeremy Irons et Eva Green sont corrects sans plus. Edward Norton est finalement l'acteur le plus interessant du lot, mais bon dommage pour lui qu'il en récupérera aucune gloire.
