His habit of repeating questions gets him into trouble with an adult and as a result Jacob is sentenced by a judge (Ice-T) to Slimers' Island. In the children's prison run by the dreaded and mischievous wrestler, the Hooded Fang (Gary Busey), Jacob Two Two must find a way to rescue all the children. True to the classic children's tale, this hero not only saves the day, he saves the Hooded Fang, his cohort (Miranda Richardson) and becomes a hero to his family.
