La date de sortie USA est fixée au 31 octobre 2008. Leslie Nielsen est dedans, pour le reste, rien de confirmé.

The boys over at Cinema Blend are reporting that the Weinstein Company is planning on rebooting the Scary Movie franchise. They claim that the Weinsteins are still planning on making Scary Movie 5, which would be released after Scream 4 hits theaters, for obvious reasons. I guess the idea would be to start it over again without the Wayans brothers and regular star Anna Faris? I guess this makes sense for the Weinsteins as the Scary Movie franchise is one of their most profitable.

Ashley Tisdale has been cast as one of the leads in Dimension Films' Scary Movie 5, the latest installment in the highly anticipated Scary Movie franchise. Scary Movie 5 production will begin this summer.

 

The film is set to begin production this summer, targeting a January 11, 2013 release.

 

Tisdale joins director Malcolm Lee, who will be teaming up and working side by side with director David Zucker (the Airplane and The Naked Gun franchises).

 

Zucker wrote and directed Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4 and is also co-writing and producing Scary Movie 5.

 

Snooty, aloof, imperious, and oversexed French dance company director Pierre is putting on a new production. Jody, a Caucasian late-20s mother of two and her late-20s African American friend Kendra are both vying for the lead in the production. Jody's extremely controlling former dancer mother is determined that Jody will have the brilliant career that eluded her. The highly skilled mid-30s Diva veteran dancer with the company, Heather Daltry, gets cut from the production and goes berserk

Previously rumored as being in talks, Lindsay Lohan has now signed for Dimension Films' Scary Movie 5, according to E!. The site says that Charlie Sheen will also be back for the fifth installment.

Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan have signed deals to suffer horrible fates, including getting the ax, in Dimension Films' Scary Movie 5.

 

Terry Crews, who is part of the all-star cast of The Expendables 2, also has joined the production.

 

Sheen and Lohan will play what is being described by the studio as “the world’s hottest new couple” and with one or both being killed in the movie's opening sequence.

Lindsay Lohan has filmed a sex scene with Charlie Sheen for 'Scary Movie 5'.

 

The 26-year-old actress suffered a meltdown earlier this week when she refused to film a scene for the comedy movie which allegedly poked fun of her public image, but she has now been on set and been in bed with Charlie.

 

A spy told the New York Post newspaper: ''Charlie and Lindsay filmed a love scene. The scene they were shooting for the movie was of them in bed together.

 

The source added that they even ''shared some playful pillow talk during shooting'', commenting: ''They were ad-libbing. They were joking that they've both had a lot of issues over the past couple of years.''

 

The horror spoof script allegedly sees Lindsay share a kiss with Charlie as well as wearing a kinky S&M collar.

 

The flame-haired star - who has suffered from drug and drink addiction in the past - was said to have ''freaked out'' and thought her new role would affect her image, leading her to blow off all her meetings and miss her flight to Atlanta before going to hospital claiming to be suffering from ''walking pneumonia''.

 

However, it seems the 'Mean Girls' star has put her worries behind her and appeared at ease on set with her infamous former 'Two and a Half Men' co-star.

 

Another source said: ''Lindsay was a great sport. She was poking fun at herself, and she really got into it and seemed to enjoy it.''

 

''Lindsay was scared by a sound effect (during filming), and actually jumped into Charlie's arms. But everything went smoothly and surprisingly on schedule.''
